Spotted in New York City this week, the 25-year-old model wore an eye-catching look that’s reminiscent of a young Jane Birkin in the ’70s. The outfit consisted of a red and white Art Deco-inspired print wrap dress, black circle-frame shades, a brown and white shoulder bag, and a striking pair of black point-toe leather boots. Bella finished off the look with an understated gold necklace, as well as matching bangles and pearl drop single earring by Missoma.
